Elementary Parent-Teacher Conferences:

Fall 2024 Conferences - Grades K-5

• Friday, 12/6 & Friday, 12/13 - 1/2 Day (early release)
• Tuesday, 12/10 - After-School Conferences (~3:30-5:30 PM, exact time TBD)

Spring 2025 Conferences - Grade K-2

• Tuesday, 3/18 - After-School Conferences (~3:30-5:30 PM, exact time TBD)
• Friday, 3/21 & Tuesday, 3/25 - 1/2 Day (early release)

Spring 2025 Conferences - Grade 3-5 (NEW)

• Tuesday, 3/18 - After-School ZOOM Conferences (~3:30-5:30 PM, exact time TBD, 5-minutes/per conference)

Calendar Development: The approximate timeline for calendar development is outlined below:

• November/December: Discussion begins between the STA and the District about the subsequent year's calendar.
• January: A draft calendar is presented as an information item at a Board of Education meeting. The precision of this draft calendar is dependent upon whether or not the State Education Department has released the Regents exam and grades 3-8 testing calendars yet, as the State determines the last day of school (known as “rating day”).
• February: A revised draft is presented as an information item (if necessary), and the final calendar is approved by the end of the month.
