Student BOE Members A new law requires NY Boards of Education to seat at least one ex officio student board member by the start of the 2025-26 school year. On March 10, the Board of Education discussed a proposed process for selecting two student members - a junior and a senior. A new policy associated with this process will be discussed at the March 24 BOE meeting. The Board expects to invite student applications as early as next week. Stay tuned!
